Live Rate API System Technical Error
In the event of any technical error, API failure, server issue, website malfunction, delayed rate update, incorrect data feed, connectivity problem, or any other system-related issue that prevents the latest Gold or Silver rate from being updated correctly, any order placed at an incorrect, outdated, or erroneous rate will be subject to verification and may be cancelled by Charms Jewels.

Incorrect or Non-Updated Product Price

Customers cannot claim the benefit of an obviously incorrect Gold or Silver price resulting from an Daily Rate System Update failure, technical malfunction, pricing error, or delayed rate update. The applicable product price is subject to verification before order acceptance and dispatch.

16. Lifetime Buyback & Exchange Policy
Buyback is available on only for eligible selected products originally purchased from Charms Jewels through our website, subject to product verification, purity testing, identification, invoice/order verification, and the applicable Buyback Policy.
Gold & Silver Coins and Bars
Eligible Gold and Silver Coins/Bars are subject to a 2% deduction from the applicable prevailing live market rate used for buyback calculation.
Gold & Diamond Jewellery
For eligible Gold and Diamond Jewellery, the gold component is subject to a 5% deduction for buyback.
Diamonds may be accepted only after complete verification of the original Charms Jewels product and subject to the applicable product and buyback conditions.
925 Sterling Silver Jewellery
Eligible 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery may be exchanged with deduction of 50 % Making Charges, subject to product verification and applicable exchange conditions.
Silver Articles & Silver Utensils
Eligible Silver Articles and Silver Utensils are subject to a 10% deduction, after successful purity verification.
Buyback Valuation
Buyback valuation will be determined using the applicable live market rate on the date the eligible product is received and successfully verified by Charms Jewels.
Buyback Payment
Customers must provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably required for verification and regulatory compliance.
Approved buyback payments will be processed through URD transfer / permitted banking channels only. Cash payment will not be provided.
Buyback requests remain subject to verification of the original purchase, product condition, purity, weight, identification, and other applicable policy requirements.
17. Shipping & Delivery
Charms Jewels currently provides delivery to serviceable PIN codes across India.
Estimated delivery timelines may be displayed during checkout or communicated after order confirmation.
